Tuscan Chicken Skillet | Paleo Leap
A one-pan dinner recipe with a simple, savory Italian seasoning.
This was our dinner tonight. It looked better in person than in the article’s picture. We had it with some orzo, but we were out of chicken broth and shallots. So we had to use water and regular old onion, bleh. When we make this next time I’ll probably use for my cooking fat is some bacon grease along with butter and then chop the bacon into bits. We could even make the “Tuscan” elements of the skillet and combine with that with some orzo separately.
