As a soon-to-be father of 3 I need to set an example for my kids. I’ve already lost 25 pounds from my heaviest almost a year ago. I need to tighten things up and our YMCA membership has been receiving no usage over the past 4 months. Some of these movements are good and I have a pull up bar from when I did P90X. I’m looking into P90X3. I tinkered with T25 a little while.
Here’s to a healthier lifestyle coming up shortly. As Chris Pratt said in the Guardians of the Galaxy presser, 6 months is shorter in the rearview mirror. Just do what you can every day and pretty soon you’ll look back and you have 6 months of work and progress to look at. (I paraphrased that)
